The Leonardtown High School Varsity Swim Team was re-established during the 2004-2005 season. Since then, the team has been a conference powerhouse earning a combined 29 SMAC Championship Titles (14 Girls Team / 15 Boys Team) and setting various conference and pool records.
Our legacy was built from our diverse strengths, unwavering dedication, and ferocious integrity. Working together as a team is our unifying strength and we hope you help us keep this legacy going strong!

Swim is a Winter Sport and tryouts are November 15th, 2024. The season runs until the end of February.
There are Pre-Season activities (summer practices and fall weight training), and you can find information about that on our main page closer to the May.

This is a very challenging and rewarding program. There will be a tremendous amount of dedication expected and required. We practice 6 days a week, train over holidays, and meets are 1/2x per week. A strong work ethic is key, along with excellent time management.
